14-Visit other cities and counties through their dashboards

Would you like to take a quick trip with us? Let’s visit the data dashboards that other counties and cities are sharing with the public. These dashboards provide a window into these communities and into how these governments make decisions. Let’s get inspired!

Thanks to those of you who shared these resources via the survey we launched on May 11. If you haven’t taken the survey about how Loudoun is managing its organizational performance with data yet, please take 6-7 minutes to do it now.

    • City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: Priority-based budgeting data

    • Los Angeles, California: City Controller’s dashboard

    • City of Tempe, Arizona: Open Tempe performance measures

    • Arlington County, Virginia: Race and Ethnicity dashboard

We shared additional examples in our recent Workshop for People Who Plan. View the slides here. We’ll certainly share more as we learn more from you!

We have a request!

As you visit these dashboards, if you see something you really like and would love to have in Loudoun—or the opposite—please let us know. You can do so by responding to the survey linked above or by dropping an email to stacia.aylward@zelosllc.com.

Thank you!
