Emily Groo is a Zelos Organizational Development and Learning Consultant and Coach. She is a talented and motivating facilitator, trainer, and coach.

Emily Groo began coaching individuals one-on-one in her organization so that leaders could discover their strengths and overcome their blind spots to create healthier teams and organizational culture. Emily’s coaching style is supportive, motivating, and honest. She enjoys coaching clients who are at a change point in their career, who may have a choice or decision to make in their work or lives, and/or who have just been promoted into a new position and need help finding their way.
